Antique Milk Glass St Louis World’s Fair Tumbler At Memory Lane, I have for you this promotional advertising souvenir tumbler created in the early 1900s. Yea, it’s a promo tumbler. Isn’t that hilarious? Just in case you thought McDonalds was the original inventor of such a thing. It was for the 1904 St Louis World’s Fair which commemorated the 1803 Lousiana Purchase. The World’s Fair that year was held in lieu of the annual exposition that was popular during that period.

Material: Milk Glass
Color: White, Although this particular tumbler does have a bit of translucency to it. It is not opaque in the sense of a stark white.
Length/Height: 4 7/8" +/-
Rim Width: 3 3/8" +/-
Base Width: 2 1/4" +/-
Maker: unknown
When created: 1901 - 1904
